Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed and approved on a case by case basis. All requests must be submitted and approved prior to any return. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all packaging intact. Labor, testing, diagnostic fees, and custom or special order items are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Shipping costs are non refundable. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or application outside intended use. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned item has been inspected and accepted.
